Mouse cursor disappears behind window

Description of the issue: Mouse cursor disappears behind windows. Mouse will reappear at the perimeter of the window, but disappears behind the content once it has entered into the main body of the window (pas the tabs/address bar). How can this issue be reproduced? hade my hardware acceleration off so this will not fix this
