Missing chrome feature that uses a lookup on what your typing?

I’m not sure if there is a setting or not for this already, if there is please let me know how to enable it. So I recently switched to this browser coming from Chrome and I know this is a chromium based browser. Whenever you would start typing something into the address bar on chrome it would suggest and auto complete what it though you were looking for. Is it possible to do on this browser? Or is it because the chrome browser uses google’s search engine combined into the address bar? It is a feature that I have come to miss already…

You need to enable Use a prediction service to help complete searches and URLs typed in the address bar under Brave’s Settings > Privacy and security . It’s always there and OFF by default.
