Missing 1/2 of my BAT when moved to Uphold

Many of my BAT are missing after moving to Uphold nearly a week ago.

yes i received the past payments regularly except for the past 4 months because i was unverified

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices?
yes
