Hi, @Morenaje1987, April Payout is complete for non-Creators April 2021 Brave Ads Payout Status and it seems like your Rewards estimated pending was collected, but failed to port to your Uphold. There is a known issue with this. You can follow Support’s topic for updated news Fix for BAT not porting to Uphold wallet - #8 by steeven You can try the fix, but if it doesn’t work, watch for news about the progress.
As for not receiving BAT for ads, please check a few things:
- Make sure you have the latest version browser, v1.22.71
- Check your region’s current ad campaigns:
- Are you running a VPN?
