Microsoft Surface Book 2 Detach Pop-up - Won't detach without closing brave

I have the same issue with my surface book 3:

It is really annoying. Sometimes it works if i press the button “Trotzdem trennen” (Ignore and force seperate).

Hope you could fix it.
