Microphone not working with Google Translate

I am not able to use my microphone in Google Translate, even though the site has permission and brave shiels are down. I have no active extensions (e.g UBlock) either.

I was also unable to use my microphone on other websites until I turned of Brave Shields, but after turning off the shiels, everything worked fine.

p.s. I don’t have this problem with Google Chrome.

I also have this problem since a long time, and I always get this warning when I try to use the microfone at Google Translate:

It says: Unable to establish connection to the network. TRY AGAIN
