For some reasons I donāt think they work on weekends, but I could be wrong.
Dear Brave support Team. Hi. There are problems with my payouts as I have brave installed in several pc (my personal, working, my mom, and my brother)
Firstly I answer your questions as advised in your post:
- āI have read through the checklist above, and it seems that none of those reasons apply.ā (Yes)
- Which platform are you on (MacOS and Windows)?
- Have you ever received payouts in previous months, or is this your first time? - yes, received before when I used only 1 pc.
- Do you have a verified wallet? That is, is your Brave Rewards wallet connected to a verified [Uphold.com ] account? - Yes, I have and this account connected to all 4 pc as verified wallet (I simply pushed connect wallet, it redirected to Uphold and once I entered my credentials, it was connected
- If you have a verified wallet , have you ever connected your Uphold account to 3 or more different devices in your lifetime? This includes previous installations of Brave, Brave on different platforms, as well as Brave-Beta, Brave-Dev and Brave-Nightly versions. - Yes, as stated above. But there is no single information or restriction on Brave that I donāt allow to do so
- If you have a verified wallet , did you ID-verify using an ID from a region that is unsupported by Brave Ads? For example, even if you live in the United States, did you verify with a Kazakhstani passport/driverās license? - No, I donāt believe so.
Below is the screenshots and photos of pc with no payout or 1 with payout showing in my uphold account in brave, however nothing received in uphold.

My personal PC on Windows - didnāt get rewards

My Mac - no rewards received (There is Brave nightly installed, and just at the beginning of month it tried to update itself, but no luck, because it crushed all the time once update started to download

My working PC (On Windows) - no rewards deposited in Uphold account, however it shows 19 BAT earning from adds on the right side of uphold wallet (but got nothing into my account for 2 days now)

I think we are getting a response on Monday. 
I didnāt get rewards on my desktop device and the date shown now is July, 6.

Same here, it just appear but on uphold it was not deposited. But my mobile was okay. This is opposite on what happened last month.
I received Claim button on Android but not on my windows or Linux and now itās showing next payout date July 6
Please i want my Bat back i am a verified wallet last month i had the same problem but the brave team fixed this and give my bat backā¦i hope this will happen again Please fix this!
So there is a common problem present this time across platforms that for a lot of unverified wallets the claim button is not appearing. Please fix this issue. Thank you.
Same here on my phone I recived my rewards but on my laptop nothing.
No claim option for last month rewards and the pay out was on the 6 of June now the date was changed to 6 of July.
