Hello @TheShanMan try to change the shield setting like block only third party cookies or allow all cookies if it did not help try to turn off the shield hope that help and have a nice day :slight_smile:

Thanks to both of you! It was the cookie setting… Apparently that setting is a bit of a misnomer in that it includes more than cookies!
