Linux: Checksums don't match

Description of the issue: Updating linux brave desktop application with zypper/opensuse results in a bad checksum error and update won’t proceed

"Warning: Digest verification failed for file ‘brave-browser-1.48.158-1.x86_64.rpm’
[/var/tmp/AP_0xA27YtB/brave-browser-1.48.158-1.x86_64.rpm]

expected 8b3e2ccbfcea153c2600ae5faf6def1aa19e4358ee679eb2b1b121efbfa0d314
but got 56bd62df563ce64d019c6ba0c4e5ea30e90f5734f71ea3e56c8b1f5bfaae68b0"

How can this issue be reproduced? Standard package update to file indicated above

Expected result: Update without issue

Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.38.115

you already have a very old version so my guess that they change the gpg signature so you need to remove the old gpg file that old version use and import it again
