iOS Release Notes and Version Mismatch

Description of the issue:
The iOS release notes are missing from https://brave.com/latest/ and the latest version is wrong in the GitHub Repo.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to https://brave.com/latest/ and compare to the About under Settings in the iOS app.
  2. Go to https://github.com/brave/brave-ios/releases and compare to the About under Settings in the iOS app.

Expected result:
The release notes should match what is currently in the browser.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.48.1 (23.3.2.0)

Mobile Device details
iPhone 13 running iOS 16.4
