I can't see my referral list and my referral link

Hi, I have an issue in my profile, I can’t see my referral list and my referral link. In the beggining I thought is normal (I’m new in this) but with the couple of days nothing happend this issue is around 2-3 weeks now. How can I fix this? I upload a screenshot.
