Which message do you get? There is one of the two below:
One would be an issue because you most likely have something like Russia chosen as your country and/or language in Locale.
The other is because your passport is not from the chosen country. Just because you move somewhere and update address does not fix the API. Uphold discloses your country to Brave by using your passport.
So you will need to address either of those, depending on which message you are getting.
