Description of the issue:
Trying to watch a movie on youtube I get a message stating that the browser does not support HTML5 Video
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-_DkGdjldb8

Expected result:
Movie would load and be ready to play.
Brave Version( check About Brave):
Running Windows 10, ver 18
[Version 1.5.123 Chromium: 80.0.3987.163 (Official Build) (64-bit)]
