How to use downloaded themes in a slideshow for the brave desktop?

(1) downloaded themes from brave website, don’t know where to configure as slideshow for Brave desktop(browser)

(2) only 1 showing configured itself when download finished

(3) want to enable all…got some nice water themes from y’all’s website
