  2. Reinstall Brave app
  3. All saved passwords have been erased

No such way of being able to do so. Your passwords was saved just on your device. Your phone would have gotten rid of it when you removed Brave. When you reinstalled, it was fresh. Only way you might be able to get passwords again is if you had them synced with Brave on another device.
