How do I know if Brave will show me ads?

I do not think that Brave Browser is able to show me ads, as it does not appear in my System settings as an App that can show notifications.
I followed the steps from another Troubleshooting
I switched Brave to the default browser. Then I switched to Edge and again to Brave.
Focus Assistant is turned off
I restarted my laptop

Haven’t had any funds yet to withdraw.

No VPN

I am in Austria
