How can my appeal be in progress since more than a month?

Hi everybody, I have an appeal open since more than a month. Back then I didn’t get my payout, because apparently something looked wrong.
I made an appeal sending over everything I could to make my case in proving that what I did was in good faith trying to promote Brave around my company.
Now it feels really shitty to sit down and not getting answered from anybody.t Is there anything else I can do to fix this and start promoting brave again?

Same Problem Here its been about a month since the suspension of my BAT. The Appeal says still in progress. It’s very frustrating that my appeal has not been seen.
