How can I contact Brave SUPPORT to understand why I am not receiving any more rewards?

The truth is that I no longer know what to do with Brave. I need to contact someone in support to find out why I cannot charge more when I used to do it every month.

I have verified my wallet.

I have more than 25 BAT accumulated in Brave Rewards.

Several months ago I stopped collecting.

I changed PC and installed new menet but verified with the same wallet.

I am tired of reading the same answer as always in this community, now I need someone from support to contact me personally because it cannot be that the vast majority continue to charge and they stopped paying me this year.

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
