Currently I am only receiving irrelevant ads for some random charities in the US. I think I would be interested in providing some ads which are actually interesting for a local target group (which apparently has not yet really been served). I have repeatedly signed up for this ads “waitlist” but not received anything ever. How can I become a publisher?
