There should be the old layout everyone likes but it isn’t there

It’s the “new” layout
No matter what i try it seems i can’t fix this, this bothers me very greatly and would love to fix this

If anyone knows how to fix this i would love to know, the layout goes back to normal when i log out but when i log in, well…it just goes back to the layout i hate
