Hi Brave Support Team,
I’m experiencing an ongoing issue with Facebook Messenger and Stories while using Brave Browser Beta on my device. Messenger is loading extremely slowly, and I’m unable to reply to or react to friends’ stories — the stories either disappear or fail to load at all. This issue does not happen on Chrome or Safari, only on Brave Beta.
I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps, but none have resolved the issue:
- Restarted my browser and device
- Fully shut down and rebooted
- Tried other common fixes I could find
I don’t want to lose any of my data (such as bookmarks, settings, or saved passwords), so I’m hoping to avoid reinstalling the browser or resetting the profile unless absolutely necessary.
Could you please advise if there is a fix or workaround specific to Brave Beta that could resolve this? I’m happy to provide browser version details or diagnostic info if needed.
