It would be possible to disable or something similar with this horizontal scroll bar because it hinders more than it helps and I don’t see any use at the moment

How come yours have horizontal scrollbar. By default, it should not have.
I can’t replicate that in youtube site on my end. Maybe some extension is messing with yours.

Try this
Create new profile, name it ‘TEST’ and open the youtube site.
Result?
Delete the profile ‘TEST’.
It only happens on the main profile on youtube in the rest of the tabs and profiles it works normally
