Updated Horizontal tabs design Unintended consequences

This may seem like a nitpick but, the Updated Horizontal Tabs Design is conflicting with YouTube player’s size. Just those few added pixels to the tabs causes the YouTube player to become smaller in the browser than normal and no amount of zooming gets that sweet spot.
Running 4k resolution with Windows Scaling set to 300% (you know, so you can actually see things on screen). When running Brave, I have the zoom (CTRL + +/-) set to 90% and it’s perfect for me. YouTube maximizes the space appropriately and am still able to read chat comfortably. But when the Updated Tab Design is enabled, it goes to the above described situation.
If this feature is enabled permanently, please let us toggle the design on and off.
