Hello everyone. I downloaded the application on my mac but when I try to open it it gives me an error. Can you help me?
Hi and welcome to the community. Do you have the new release version 1.36.109? They fixed some mac OS errors with the new release. If you’ve already installed and are still receiving an error, you might want to post some additional information so either a community member or a moderator can help troubleshoot your issue.
