ERR_SSL_BAD_RECORD_MAC_ALERT error all of a sudden

Currently experiencing ERR_SSL_BAD_RECORD_MAC_ALERT error on the latest version of Brave on 1 in 10 page loads. Nothing has changed in my network setup. Have tried changing to multiple different dns servers but the issue still persists.
