Didn't receive Brave Rewards for Android in July, August, or September

Briefly describe your issue:
I have two devices with a verified wallet: a Mac on Sierra and an Android device using Android 10. I’ve received e-mails from Uphold confirming the July, August, and September transactions for the Mac browser, but nothing for those months for Android.

What date did you verify your wallet?
November 2019

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

Just wondering if I could get any help with this? I noticed this occur in July but waited thinking it would self-resolve as other similar errors have in the past.

Have you received your BAT for your android?

Sure didn’t! Toggled Brave Ads off for the first time since 2019 as a result, because I can’t get any help here.

Can you please DM me your Wallet ID (found at brave://rewards-internals) I will take a closer look what might be the issue.

I’ll also note that rewards weren’t received in October, either. Hopeful to get this issue handled soon.

Well, it’s been nearly two months since I posted this and the issue hasn’t been resolved. Not sure what to do next.

Hello, @tphan. Thousands of wallets have been flagged for suspicious activity. While I don´´t know what they mean with that, I do know there is no way to recover the BATs. I also don´t know why they didn´t come clear with this.

Hello, I’ve followed all instructions for support requests but haven’t gotten any explanation about what happened here. I was an absolutely normal user of the ads system, a long time user, and didn’t do anything wrong. I’ve since turned ads off, but I would like to know what happened.

Any other recourse available?

I haven’t been rewards BAT for months although I’ve been seeing 10 ads per hour.
