I have two devices with a verified wallet: a Mac on Sierra and an Android device using Android 10. I’ve received e-mails from Uphold confirming the July, August, and September transactions for the Mac browser, but nothing for those months for Android.

Hello, @tphan. Thousands of wallets have been flagged for suspicious activity. While I don´´t know what they mean with that, I do know there is no way to recover the BATs. I also don´t know why they didn´t come clear with this.
Hello, I’ve followed all instructions for support requests but haven’t gotten any explanation about what happened here. I was an absolutely normal user of the ads system, a long time user, and didn’t do anything wrong. I’ve since turned ads off, but I would like to know what happened.
