Didn't receive April rewards - Gemini wallet

Briefly describe your issue:
I have a verified gemini wallet and was supposed to receive some BATs for my april earning session. Status says the payments are complete, but I don’t see any BATs on my Gemini account. Nor in my brave rewards tab.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
no

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
no

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
yes

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
I’m not using Uphold but still turned off auto-contribute.
