Description of the issue:
When using a touchscreen laptop, if you close Brave through the x icon in the top right and then go back into Brave, your mouse will disappear
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
- (requires touchscreen laptop) close Brave through the X icon in the upper righthand corner of the screen
- open Brave using a touchpad/mouse and the cursor should disappear when you hover over/ click into Brave.

Expected result:
Mouse should disappear when hovering over/ clicking into Brave

every time you attempt the bug

has been around on older versions, but I didn’t know how to reproduce the result.
