Creator payout generating forever

Hi,

I haven’t recieved a creator payout since May 2020. I removed my connected uphold account and reconnected it a while back and that didn’t help. I can’t find anything in the guides about this. How can I fix this? It just says ‘Creator payout generating’ as it has for months. To be honest I forgot about this but would like to rectify and get some BAT. Please help.

Same issue. My payout is pending for ever. I don’t know what’s the problem. But I never received the payout.
