Content filter save button bug

Description of the issue:
The save button in the content custom filters is not responding

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open settings
  2. Go to Shields
  3. Go to Content Filters
  4. Create custom filters and try to save

Expected result:
For the save button to show save confirmation notification

1.62.165 Chromium: 121.0.6167.184 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Where is your custom content filter? You have the box blank. If you are speaking of the checkbox filters above, then that auto saves when you check them.

The box and Save button is for when people manually put something in, such as:

As @Saoiray states, the Save changes button there is only used to save changes made in the custom filters box, which it does not appear that you’ve made any. The checkboxes above in the Filter Lists section only need to be checked or unchecked.

You can see the problem marked on the image, and I deleted the custom filters before posting the problem

Seems to be working for me in both directions unless I’m misunderstanding what the issue you’re describing is:

It’s working but there is no confirmation message when you press the save button

That is correct.
I have brought this up to the team in the past myself as I believe there should be some sort of visual confirmation that the button click went through. However at this time there is not.

Regardless, the button is working as intended at this time.
