Description of the issue:
Occasionally when I attempt to save an item in Brave I receive an unresponsive save dialog box.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Attempt to save an item using Brave.
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
The dialog box is unresponsive. I am unable to click either of Save, Cancel, or type in a new filename.
Expected result:
Clicking Save or Cancel will either save the item or cancel the operation.
Reproduces how often:
Intermittently.

Additional Information:
I can sometimes get the dialog box to become responsive by opening a new Brave window or by ending the Brave task.
