Clicking on Shields in Settings Crashes Brave

Description of the issue:

Opening Brave Settings and clicking on Shields causes the Brave to crash. This is happening on the new update 1.43.88

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open Settings
  2. Click on Shields

Expected result:

Shields settings would display

Brave Version( check About Brave):

1.43.88

Additional Information:

Happens on two separate devices. One is a Mac and the other is a Windows device. Started happening as soon as I updated.
