Cant withdraw BAT to Gemini or Uphold

I have tried linking to my uphold and gemini account but both prompt:

I have tried to link on another computer and it is working. But my BAT is mostly on this computer.

I also just turned off ads and noticed i cannot toggle it on again. it just toggles off everytime i try to turn it on again.
