Why on rooted phone also we can able to claim the reward I have one and I was able to claim the reward on that rooted phone with custom rom…but on normal phone I was not able claim

Normal phone? Is there any other type? If your device does not pass the Safetynet test then Brave will not grant you rewards. You can start there for troubleshooting. Download Safetynet test from an app store to find out!
