Cannot sign up for Uphold

I have tried multiple times to sign up for an Uphold account. I fill out the required info and hit “Next”. The button flashes briefly, but nothing else happens.

My email address is good. My password meets the specs. I am in the United States America and a Unites States of America citizen. I check the “Terms and Conditions”. I click “Next”. The button flashes. There is no error message. Nothing else happens.

Why can I not sign up for Uphold?
