“Something went wrong” error every time. I closed/reopened the browser after resetting rewards, and even rebooted after twice failing to connect. Nothing has worked. Plz Help me. Thanks!
I’m getting the same thing. I’m going to follow the advice of this post that I found just now searching this community. From what I gather it happens every once in a while and ironically right around May (Memorial Holiday weekend). Cheers.
Hello, thank you for your report. We are actively looking into this issue. Current indication is that there is an issue when when we try to contact Uphold’s API. It is unlikely that resetting Rewards will resolve the problem.
