Cannot claim rewards on mobile


I have Brave both on my iOS phone and Android tablet.
I had Brave Rewards turned on but I cannot claim rewards like many complaints here.

Should I get the information below to one of the supports?

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals )
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version )
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards .
