Can’t find favorites folder

Hi - I was just organizing my bookmarks and putting them into folders. When finished, I was examining and do not see the favorites folder … cannot seem to pull this up/access it. I only see it as an option when selecting which folder to add to but then do not see it in my folders list after the fact.
