I’m trying to send an email with a Word attachment. When I click to test the attachment, it doesn’t come up. How do I get it to work?
Hello @Sgedral, thank you for bringing this to our attention. What kind of device and OS do you use? Have you tried clearing cookies and cache recently?
By any chance are you using extensions? Does the same happen in a private window? In case it does not work, please share a screenshot so we can further investigate the issue. Thanks in advance.
