May i ask, as an estimate by when will the feature return?
No ETA at the moment, but it’s certainly one of our top priorities and a full revamp is on the way soon.

I know this is speculation, but the only reason I can conceive of for them quietly disabling this feature in this fashion would be a security flaw. I am definitely looking forward to a revamp of sync though, it’s been difficult to use for a while now.
