Brave rewards “Sorry! Ads are not yet available in your region.” in France

Description of the issue:
I installed Brave on a Mac when I was in a country that does not support the rewards yet and got the “Sorry! Ads are not yet available in your region.” message.
I am now in France and I am still getting that same message.
I uninstalled Brave, removed all the related files I could find and reinstalled it, I am still getting that same message.
I tried to installed it on a friend’s machine (Windows) from the same location and it works fine.

Expected result:
Be able to activate the Brave reward system in France

MacOS Mojave
Version 0.66.99 Chromium: 75.0.3770.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Thanks for reaching out to us.
Can you tell me if you’re connecting though a VPN of any kind? Additionally, the latest Brave release is version 0.66.101 (at the time of writing this) – can you go to Menu --> About Brave and update the browser?

You should also check your regional settings on your macOS as well – make sure they’re actually set to France.

where Can I find those features I use mobile phone and that’s my problem.

That fixed the issue, thanks @Mattches!
I would consider that a bug though. My OS language or the date format I use should not be a criteria here I reckon.
