Brave Rewards profile has been flagged and no update

Briefly describe your issue:
I have not been able to access Brave Rewards as it says my profile is flagged (for the past couple of months). Aside from not receiving any ad rewards for a really long time now, not sure why it would be flagged…

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
MacOS Big Sur 11.5.2, Brave v 1.41.96

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
It was, but not working now.

What date did you verify your wallet?
Not sure, N/A

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
