when i am withrawing brave rewards to my account uphold its not creditting to my account why ?

sorry i cannot able to withdraw form bat rewards to uphold account i have fully verified my uphold account

but bats was deposited to my uphold account i have fully verified my account when i click on withdraw its redirecting to uphold account then showing nothing
And another problem is since two days on wards when i am browsing in brave the bats are not getting why ?
