Brave Reward Not claiming

Hi, I don’t use Brave with a mobile so don’t know what I am looking at, sorry. But, if you provide more information, you are more likely to get some help from either a community member or a moderator. Below is a link to a post I recently made in another topic similar to this one. Your screenshots look almost the same. That one doesn’t have the Brave icon with the “X” at the bottom. What is that anyway? lol
