Brave browser is the only browser (apart from chrome and edge) that doesnt provide the links or option to download offline package or installer or version info clearly on the first screen so that user knows which version they are downloading.

Like chrome or edge, it is download, that’s it.

If net weak then wait for ages otherwise quick.

If offline installer needed for easy and quick installation, not possible.

On the side note, this was told to the team via Twitter X, they said go to GH but that is what I am asking for. Also that option isnt listed on homepage of brave.

Plus linux versions for mint, elementary and zorin arent listed on the download option when clicked,.

Hoping for better upgrade to this whole process.

Like WPS office (using since 2014), had offline package option on the homepage. ALWAYS.

Vivaldi has version name, offline package option and linux versions listed when downloading to decide which to download.

But Brave states the terminal code you need to install it properly. That’s better for Linux in my opinion as the package manager installs all the necessary packages automatically and ignore already installed ones.
