I uninstalled Brave on PC running windows 10. Tried to reinstall and it doesn’t do anything. I used Brave for 3 years and not can’t get it to work.
@KathM how are you trying to reinstall? Did you go to https://brave.com/download?
When you say it doesn’t do anything, can you be more specific? Like do you click and nothing happens? Or does it pop up but it’s a blank page? Does it open and close immediately?
Basically just want to be careful on making any assumptions and get as many details as you can provide.
Hope you can see the screenshot. All it says is “on your marks” and a blue bar that keeps moving in the center of the page, but nothing happens. I waited ten minutes and nothing changed. I’ve totally uninstalled Brave and made sure there weren’t any other versions on my PC. I’m running Windows 10 64 bit.
Install an offline Installer of older version
once Installed, Brave will Auto Update to Latest Available Version.
Thank you for your help. I’ve been able to install Brave and right now it seems to be working. I’ll let you know if I have any issues after it’s been running for awhile.
