I was using a site where my download request was met with a compliance form. The Accept button was underneath the bottom toolbar, which would not auto-hode as it does on this forum, on youtube, and other sites. I had to disable the toolbar.
What is the rule that causes the bottom bar to auto-hide? Do websites require something in place to trigger this?
