Both IOS and PC payments on Rewards not showing in my uphold wallet December 2020 and Janurary 2021

Ive completed my IOS transfer with the qr code being accepted 17 days ago and still no rewards shown in either brave or uphold.

Now of January 9th 2021 my December rewards that are claimed on pc by me, showing in my statements in brave browser have still yet to transfer with the uphold wallet not showing pending anything.

This not a new wallet and reward payments been sent to it for over year, but until December 2020 without a problem
