Bats disappearing

Hi, I am contacting you as my BATs are disappearing and I have no way to find them.

I have 4 devices synchronized and I also verified my uphold wallet (although I do not know if I have 15 bats yet, actually 0 are showing in the wallet).

I don’t know where all my bats from all my devices are going and it is quite frustrating.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
