It would be nice if the Android app version of the brave browser could automatically clear the browsing history when you exit the app. There could even be an option where you could have the app ask you when you exit the app whether or not you want the history cleared.
Hello Lion, such a feature is already implemented.
- Click on the three dots in the top right corner of your browser and then select ‘Settings’.
- In the new menu select the first option ‘Brave Shields and Data Protection’.
- Now scroll down to the section ‘Delete Browser Data’. The first menu item in this section allows you to enable the automatic deletion of your browser history when closing Brave. By default it is disabled, as far as I know.

Right now you can only configure Brave to clear all browsing data on exit. Developers are planning to introduce an option that will allow users to choose what they want to clear on exit, just like on desktop.
